Cask at the brewery taproom
Dark amber cokor, hazy, with small compact head. Some malt flavor, some fruity esters, sweetish, candish fake Belgian yeast, but not too obnoxious; evident tannins in the final, a bit astringent, with smoke hints. The carbonation is very low, and a bit more would help.
Ok beer, nothing exciting.

On cask R & B, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small white head. Aroma brings light Belgian yeast, a touch of candied sugar and essence of smoked tea. Flavour is much more heavily pronounced on the smoky tea, with subdued Belgian yeast and candied sugar. Not appreciating this infusion - the smoke and tea don't harmonize well with the Belgian characteristics. Meh.
