On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast upfront, with light fruity esters and some sweet cereal notes. Flavour is a bit different, bringing out a nice mix of lacto and saison yeast, with mild tartness that is very fitting and a dry cereal malt finish. Nicely constructed, with a dry, tart finish. Good stuff.
