Draft pour to a schooner at Cairn. A copper orange pour. A slightly sweet, malt focused aroma. Slight butter action in the flavor, creamy, slight vegetal hops and rich caramel malt. Not bad, but doesn’t really showcase the mosaic hops much. Doesn’t pair too well with the malt bill. A couple tweaks is all it needs. Still drinks decent. Not bad.

On tap at Cairn, pours a clear dark copper golden with a small beige head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, piney hops and dry toasted caramel bready malt. Flavour is similar, with toasted caramel, Belgian yeast and some piney hops. Not the most elegant beer but it's clean.
