Orchard Reserve is a barrel-aged Saison fermented for 10 months in French Pinot Noir barrels with our house sour culture. This batch is conditioned on tart Montmorency cherries.

On tap at Great Notion, pours an opaque bright reddish pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out notes of wood, fresh dark cherry skins and some wild yeast. Flavour is deep, with lots of wood, tart dark cherries and a touch of wild critters in there. Very tart but quite dynamic as well. Really good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear reddish color with a small white head. A big sweet fruity cherry woody nose. Huge cherries, tart, woody, sour and sawdust. Pretty sharp. certainly sour. Lovely flavors.
