Clear pale golden colour, good frothy white head, mostly diminishing, patchy lacing. Aroma sweet malts, grainy, light grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, grainy, peppery notes leading to a sweetbitter finish. Medium body, oily to watery texture, soft carbonation, average helles.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home. [ As Faust Bayrisch Hell ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, grain, pale malt, fruity malt, light to light moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity malt, sweet malt, light grassy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160130]

[backlog] 11-09-15 // 500ml bottle. Typical Helles. Medium sweet, almost no bitterness. Hay, straw, grass. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Das Bier hat eine klare goldgelbe Farbe und eine mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht getreidig malzig, ein Hauch von Zitrone. Geschmack wässrig malzig, leicht getreidig, schlanker Körper, süffig, aber nichts besonderes.
