Typical Bavarian character beer. The bright, light yellow beer impresses with its fine floral fragrance and a balanced, light maltiness. It is sparklingly fresh, light and pleasantly mild.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours crystal clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a small, frothy white head. Light to medium sweet with some simple white bread, biscuits, a hint of hay, dough. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean finish, more simple malt character, faint yeast. Easy-drinking beer.

Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear golden body with a white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of white bread and fresh rain. Flavour of plain crisps with a steely finish. Thin to medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Decent but slightly astringent.

330ml Bottle - Golden with white head. Grain and some floral and citrussy hints in the aroma. The taste is subtly yet noticeably floral with notes of herbs and sweetish grain. A hint of honey in the finish.

Fläschla: Pale golden to golden, a bit unclear, small and stable white foamy layer, moderate and clean sweet-bitter aroma of pale malt with fruity traces, mild herbal-leafy background; distinctive sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied, crunchy MF; only slightly lingering pale-malty and mildly bitter finish. Good and clean Helles…

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours a clear light golden with a thinnish throthy white head. Light aromas of grains, hay, white bread and lemon. Taste has the same notes with more citrusy lemon and also a touch of floral. Thin to medium body, low carbonation and smooth oily mouthfeel. Malty beer with the tiniest hint of a hop on the finish. This beer seems to have a good mineral quality. Nice and refreshing. Will try again some time . Good.
