Our new flagship IPA is boundary breaking in more ways than one. To develop this IPA we have taken stylistic cues from both coasts and blended the very best attributes together to create the Sonoran Desert IPA. It has the citrus blast of the a West Coast style IPA, the haze of a Northeast style IPA, and the radiance of the Sonoran sunrise. Hop aroma and flavor are at the forefront of importance to us and we believe this new style more than delivers. Keep an eye out for ever changing hop profiles in this brew as well. Let's raise a glass to a burgeoning style, and what we believe to be a great contribution to the most dynamic beer style on the planet. Come in and journey through the pints with us.

Pint can pours with a hazy but not opaque dirty copper gold body that supports a tall off white head of foam. The mild aroma offers up malts, grassy herbal notes, floral and the citrus hoppiness. The taste delivers a blend of sweet malts, floral hops, some thin earthy tea notes and then a layer of grapefruit like citrus hops. The more i drink the more I'm enjoying this.

On tap at Thunder Canyon, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops and light biscuity malt, but pretty thin all round. Flavour is extremely astringent, with piney hops, biscuity malt and medicinal bitter astringent. Not good.
