Bottle 330ml. [ As Barlingbo Medeltidsöl ].[ Trade by omhper ]. Clear medium to dark brown - red amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, smoke, smoke - wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, smoke, wood, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151121]

Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy amber with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, light peat, smoked meat. Flavor is light sweet, malt, peat, caramel, smoke. Thin to medium body, avarage carbonation. 221115

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are smoke, wood, leather, caramel, malt and hops.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavior. Strong ugly smoked notes. Average light bitter finish. oily palate.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Deep golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is smoked wood, some blueberries, mild leathery notes as well as some bready and grainy maltiness to it. Flavour is smoked wood, mild liquorice along to the smoke as well as some slight leathery and spiced notes. Tastes quite much like a few muinaisolut I’ve had from Finland
