On tap at Arizona Wilderness, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast and floral notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with saison yeast, light floral notes and dry biscuity malt. Lovely yeast profile. Nice rustic yeast profile. Very nice.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a near clear gold body that supports a thin light tan head. The aroma offers up fruity notes of apricot, pear and apple flowing into yeasty, spicy and herbal notes. The taste delivers a nice blend of apricot, pear and apple floating above thin malts and plenty of spicy coriander, clove and a dash of herbally sort of mint. The aroma offers up a bit of spiciness and then bold cucumber mixed with malty sweetness. The taste is similar with a hit of sweetness and a sense of honey before big yet restrained cucumber goodness forces its way to the surface. To midway the saison spiciness rises up to join the cucumber notes making for a nice blend of flavors. Cool cucumber brew.

Growler thanks to Daknole. Pours cloudy golden amber, small white head, dissipates quickly with some residual lacing. Aroma is yeasty, pine, cucumber and a bit of smokiness. Flavor is light sweet and light bitter, cucumber and smoke both present, some herbal notes as well. Medium body.
