On tap at Structures, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out moderate brett presence, honey sweetness and a little cereal malt. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with lots of brett funk upfront, with some honey-like sweetness. Crisp, dry and very deep. Wonderful stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is very fruity, bretts. Pleasant. Taste is the same with moderate hoppy bitterness. Good stuff.
