On Tap at the Bellingham Brewery/Taproom Black with a tan head and thick spotty lacing. Big dark roast aromas. Lots of molasses, tootsie roll and anise. Very good.

On tap at Structures, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium roasted malt, followed by caramel sweetness and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is nice and dry, with medium roasted malt, caramel malt, some dark fruitiness, and a nicely dry finish. Not your usual impie - much fruitier and drier. Excellent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours an opaque dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, some grassy and coffee notes. Taste is pretty the same, very oily, with some dark chocolate notes. Dry, roasted malt and dry chocolate aftertaste. Good.
