On tap at the Callister. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Aroma is piney hops with some unusual berry-ish/fruit-ish notes. Taste is with the strange notes and hoppy bitterness. Quite good, but not the best from Boombox.

On tap at Callister, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out pine hops, some light resins and some earthy notes. Flavour is intensely piney and bitter, with boatloads of piney hops, a floral quality and almost no malt character. Exceedingly bitter, almost too much so. Fun extreme IPA that is a bit too harsh.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Clean golden color. The aroma is mildly dank and musky, maybe a note of butter too, but it doesn’t disturb. The malt base is in between modern and classic, light colored caramel, very light bread, maybe some other cereals; strong bitterness, the hopping is resiny, some orange oils, a bit harsh eventually.
Good beer, like a Dead Frog IPA, to set the expectations.
