On tap at Black Project, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh coffee, with a touch of wild yeast character in there. Flavour is unusual, with a good mix of wild yeast, light-to-moderate tartness and French press coffee. The mix doesn't seem like it'll work, but it really does. Surprisingly coherent and complex. Excellent.
