On tap at Black Project, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals wild yeast, rustic farmhouse notes and what tastes like a very dry graininess. Flavour is very dry, with lots of bone dry graininess, toasted biscuity malt, and lots of wild yeast. Bone dry, yet with a great depth to it. Really nice crafted. Excellent.
