A warming spiced pale ale, perfect to enjoy beside the fire in the colder months. The addition of Cinnamon and nutmeg gives this seasonal beer a soothing warmth and beautiful aroma that will linger on the senses. The orange zest brings freshness.

Draft. A dark amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and cinnamon. The flavor is sweet with notes of cinnamon, coconut, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry spicy finish. I like the aroma, but the flavor is over the top for me - sorry.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - orange amber pour with white head. Aroma and taste is spicy and malty, some light caramel sweetness, with some spices and herbal hoppy notes, christmas spices, body is kind watery though, not doing much for me.

bottle. Orange-brown with a decent off-white head. Spicy nose. Fruity malty flavours dominate, the addidion of christmasy spices works well and adds to the character.

Bottle. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. light bitter herbal/soapy flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. This I think is the same as Winter Star. Was told this was a Christmas beer. A job for adm to alias.

(bottle) Clear, deep amber colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Mildly malty aroma with notes of cinnamon, ginger bread, cocos and other X-mas spices, accompanied by a subtle fruity and slightly soapy touch. Moderately bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light bodied with a mild carbonation. Slightly malty base with present notes of cinnamon; slim, bitter-sweet finish with notes of cinnamon and coconut. Drinkable, not my cup of tea. 29.XII.14
