A warming spiced pale ale, perfect to enjoy beside the fire in the colder months. The addition of Cinnamon and nutmeg gives this seasonal beer a soothing warmth and beautiful aroma that will linger on the senses. The orange zest brings freshness.

Pours a dark amber color, almost light brown, topped with a generous beige colored head. Malrty aroma, some fruity notes and some wintery spices, although hard to pick up. Taste is sweet and spicy, some bitterness in the finish. Nicely drinkable, although I expected it to be more "wintery". Still nice ,though.

500ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Spicy aroma has notes of coconut, cinnamon, orange zest, a touch of aniseed. Taste is identical on moderately sweet caramel malty basis, minimally soapy finish.

Letzt herber Antrunk mit gewürzigen, nicht übertriebenen Hintergrundnoten. Deutlich intensiver im Mittelteil, dennoch süffig, Zimt, Nelke. Mild bitterer Nachhall. Gelungen. 8/9/9/9/8/9

500 ml bottle, from the Norwegian potential importer. ABV is 4.3%. Chestnut coloured beer, moderate to low off-white head. Dryish, dusty and spiced aroma, hints of coconut and orange peel. Fizzy mouthfeel. Medium dry flavour, "artificial" notes of coconut, orange peel, dust and unpleasant spices, minimal hops. Very unbalanced. Sorry, this one did not rock my boat.

Bottle from Tesco, Longford [060114]
Red amber, clear, frothy white head that dissipates, some lacing
Aroma of citrus fruit, caramel, some orange, slight hint of cinnamon(?), soft spices
Taste of caramel, soft citrus, slight clove(?) and cinnamon, soft spicy, soft fruit, not too spicy. Didn’t get the coconut at all.
Palate - Medium carb, light-medium body. Finish as main flavour, clean finish
Overall - Thought this was pretty ok

W oddali troche cynamonem powialo i to wszystko. Ogolnie dobre ale wole belgijskie odmiany noel.

Draught at Porter & Sons. Deep golden-copper color. Malty aroma with some caramel, minerally and dusty notes, light fruitiness and light spicy notes. Sweetish malty flavor, slightly caramelly, with some spicy hints and a moderatelyy bitter dusty and earthy hoppy finish. Light to medium-bodied, nitro mouthfeel. Drinkable.

13/11 Draft at Sheridan’s pub, Zagreb. Amber bodied with smaller to medium sized head. Grapefruit and, to lesser extent cinnamon aroma. Fine, pleasantly sweet biscuit flavor, also dry, like regular red ale with orange and cinnamon spices of course that gave it much more interesting character. Medium body with nice, dry and long lasting orange finish. Served a bit cold and could be appreciated only as it got warmer. Another nice special from this brewery, too bad regulars are such a mediocrity!

On tap at Sheridan’s Pub, Zagreb. Shiny orange/amber coloured, small off-white head, mild malty fruity nose. Quite weak and watery taste but in other hand very tasty. Fruity (orange dominates), light spicy hoppy with bitter finish. Enjoyable and easy-drinkable.
