Very pale tan with light haze. No head. Lots of plum on the nose. Tart, appley with light plum. Balanced...mellow apple sweetness, malolactic. Nice fruit accent. Not super complex but good stuff.

On tap at The Commons, pours a cloudy dull yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice farmhouse character, some subdued plum and minor acidity. Flavour is fairly complex, with wild yeast, subdued plum and again, gentle acidity on the finish. Nicely constructed, with a good farmhouse character that doesn't dominate. Very good.
