Draught at the brewery
Golden color, clean. Aroma of vermouth, this is not beer, but it’s pleasant. Lean mouthfeel; the IPA is present but muted by the barrel aging, which as usual gives a feeling of cleaning product. Controversial.

On tap at Luppolo, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings strong botanical notes, floral hops, and light earthiness. Flavour is aggressive, with lots of gin botanical character dominating. Just a hint of floral hoppiness underneath. As with all these gin barrel beers, it totally dominates everything. Fun extreme beer, but it's a shallow concoction.
