Fresh harvested whole cone Centennial, Cascade, and Chinook shipped overnight from the Pacific NW. This harvest only happens once a year, so we figured we try something fun and use liquid nitrogen to flash freeze the hops, mash them to extract the lupulin powder(hop goodness,) and toss them in the bright tank for peak freshness!

On tap at Zilker, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out vegetal notes, fresh grassy herbal hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with herbal dry hops, some vegetal notes and biscuity malt. Not that fresh, but fairly bitter and expressive as such on the finish. Decent.
