Our first batch of East Coast IPA pays homage to the original IPA's of the Eastern United States where English yeast combined with American hops to produce a flavourful IPA. Brew Lake IPA is a smooth, well-hopped ale loaded with Centennial, Citra and Amarillo hops. Aromas of Orange zest, citrus and dank pine supported by a body of Oats, Caravienne and Caramalt. Up front bitterness with a soft underbite, this IPA finishes dry.

Malts: 2-Row, Oats, Caravienne, Caramalt
Hops: Centennial, Citra, Amarillo
Yeast: English Ale

On tap at A-Frame, pours a cloud golden orange with a small white head. Aroma reveals herbal, piney hops, earth and biscuity malt. Flavour has plenty of oranges, citrus hops, earthy and biscuity malt. Fairly astringent with bitterness and lacking cohesion. Messy.
