On tap at The Rare Barrel, pours an opaque cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh ginger upfront, follows by guava and light citrus. Flavour is a nice balance between ginger, guava and grapefruit zest. Very oaky, with a bone dry finish. Nice incorporation of disparate flavours - works cohesively. Very good.
