We used malted and flaked Rye for this collaborative beer to add a nice kick. Columbus and Mosaic hops were used exclusively, with a heavy influence at the back end to accentuate the aroma and flavor. Notes of pineapple, passion fruit, citrus zest, spice, and dank are prevalent throughout this gold beauty. Brewed in collaboration with Pacific Coast Brewing Company and Oak Barrel Winecraft as part of the Oakland Beer Drinkers Association series.

On tap at Pacific Coast, pours a hazy copper with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with diacetyl, followed by rye and some pine. Flavour is likewise ruined by diacetyl, leaving little else in its trace. Vile stuff.
