On tap at Ale Industries, pours a cloudy opaque bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very spicy and herbal, with lots of botanicals, including cardamom and rosemary upfront. Flavour is along the same lines, but less herbal and more sweet, with cardamom, some herbal character, light cereal sweetness and a hint of gin. Very unusual, with jumbled herbal and spicy notes. But it still works overall. Interesting brew.
