On tap at Foamers Folly, pours a clear straw blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out clove upfront, followed by banana and straw. Flavour is similar, with lots of esters and banana - a little clove too. Not too convincing - way too estery and sweet.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy greenish blond color with compact head. The yeast provides a nice spicy character to the aroma and flavor, blending with crackery malts, and finishing with a correct degree of bitterness; it’s rather dry and not muddy or overly yeasty, and it has a light fruity esters touch, and light manure aroma.
Robust Hefeweizen, very well done.
