Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
On tap at Faculty, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus, light wild yeast and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is quite citrusy and bitter upfront, followed by fairly subdued wild yeast, and crisp seltzery crackery malt base. Not overly well-integrated, but it's drinkable.
