16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet tropical fruit hops some melons and a little citrus. Taste is more of the nice sweet tropical fruit forward hops and a nice melon touch.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver, packaged 6/08/2020, 3 months ago
Blond colour, hazy (not murky), this is a refreshing sight. Delicate notes of melon and pineapple, it's moderately sweet but lean, hard to guess this is 8.2%; nice malt backbone, with some wheaty and bready notes; the bitterness is rather low, but it seems in balance; moderate juicy character. Even if not so fresh anymore, it's still an excellent IIPA.

Juicy love, lots of coconut and pineapple though, surprising.

16 oz can poured. A thick, hazy orange pour that's almost as bright as the can itself. A ton of loose foam head. Sweet, juicy orange fruit. Nectarine, peach like. Noticeably on the sweet side as far the aroma goes. Really thick body to this. A good balance of wheat, bready malts, and juicy, thick fruit. Odds are, like all their others, there probably is no fruit used in this at all, but it just fools me again and again. Lingering orange, tropical fruit and wheat siding grains. Fresh feeling to this as an overall. On the gentle side for an imperial. Quite a tasty beer here. UPDATE: just over a year later, I think they made this beer even better. Such a smooth imperial. Wonderfully put together

16 oz. can, courtesy of andrewje41 (thanks Andrew!), pours an opaque filthy dull orange with a small white head. Nose is filthy, with resinous hops, earthy notes, and filthy yeast. Flavour is very dirty and yeasty, with earthy hops, tropical stone fruit pith, and caramel biscuity malt. Too yeasty and confused - subpar for Matchless, but still a good beer.
