2017’s version of the Winter Warmer is a red IPA. Fermented with our house ale strain and mashed with a variety of caramel and chocolate malts for a deep amber hue. Then dry hopped with mosaic, cascade and a large dose of Sterling Hops. Piney & Dank.

On tap at Aslan, pours an opaque, murky, filthy dark orange with a small head - looks like I got the first pour of the keg. Aroma is very yeasty, with earthy bitterness and toasted bready malt. Flavour follows suit, with filthy yeast, unpleasant bitterness from the hops and bready malt. Yeasty and jumbled. Maybe the rest of the keg will be better, but this pour was unpleasant.
