On tap at Skookum, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal, straw and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with straw, toasted malt and bready notes. Crisp, dry and straw-like on the finish. Inauthentic but drinkable.
