On tap at Burke-Gilman, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, some esters and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite vegetal, with lots of celery, estery notes, and floral notes. Estery and vegetal. Poor.

Draft pour enjoyed at Burke Gilman. A bright golden orange pour, thin oily head. Tons of orange fruit with this saison. Soft spice nose. Flavor is moderate spice and floral combination, the slightest barrel note if any. Orange peel finish. Pretty smooth. Interesting taste here. Enjoyed this.
