We traveled to the end of the Oregon Trail and brewed this batch with our pals Triceratops Brewing. Straight out of the Cretaceous period (somewhere around the year 2007) this golden IPA erupts with flavors and aromas of strawberry preserves, apricots, lemon zest, ripened pineapple and all the giant reptile awesomeness you could imagine. Rawr!

Draft pour enjoyed at Georgetown. Mostly clean golden orange appearance. Rocky, oily foam head. Awesome to see this collab still going strong several years after being first introduced. Well balanced IPA with both piney and citrus hop notes, along with a slightly sweet bready grain. Aroma full of stone fruit. Really interesting IPA, and a collab that certainly captures qualities from each brewery. Delicious!

On tap at Georgetown, pours a cloudy peachy amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out red fruits, resins, and piney hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with resinous hops, dark red fruits, some pine, and biscuity malt. Nice piney character, with ample fruitiness. Very good.
