Brewed for and with our good friends at The Red Door in Fremont for their 30th Anniversary. This unfiltered Rye IPA is bursting at the seams with tropical aromas and flavors of mango, papaya, pineapple and star anise. We hope you enjoy this celebration of awesomeness!

On tap at Georgetown, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh piney hops upfront, with a dry biscuity malt base. Flavour is very piney, with creamy piney hops, as a dry biscuity malt base. Creamy palate, with a dry, bitter, piney finish. Very good.

Draft pour at Georgetown. Pours a hazy lemonade haze, rocky foam head. Taste is creamy, some melon fruit, barely spicy rye influence. Melon aroma, paired with tropical. Flavor mellows out to a white peach character. Interesting brew.
