On tap at Aslan, pours a hazy dark amber / mahogany with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, subdued earthy hops and a tiny hint of chalk. Flavour is a bit mineraly, with toasted malt, earthy hops, and a cereal grainy character on the finish. A bit too mineraly and lacking the cohesion I'd want from a dark IPA, but not bad overall.
