On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus zest, with a touch of grapes. Flavour is quite fruity, with lots of juicy citrus, grape must and apple skins. Dry, yet juicy. Good stuff.
