Fort George has a long held fascination with stouts. Waves of Silence allows the brewery to explore the darker recesses of their recipe books. What do they hold? The possibilities are fathomless.
ALLISION was brewed with dates, brown sugar, and plenty of oats. Each wave will be a unique experience. To see what you taste go to fortgeorgebrewery.com/gone.

Taster. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: coffee and roasted malt. Taste: similar with some grassy and fruity notes. Overall: pretty good.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of paint thinner, perfume and dates. Flavour is quite abrasive, with almonds, perfume, and cocoa. This just isn't working. I prefer the BURGEE.
