Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a clear yellow. Aroma reveals intense lemons, with quite an ascorbic character. Flavour is wonderfully fresh, with loads of freshly zested lemons, followed by medium-high honey nectar. So zesty and pungent. This is frankly fantastic.
