Gravity Cask at Shivering Sands Manston, Thanet Easter Brewery Tour Beer Festival '24, 30/03/24. Copper pour with a just off white head that retains well. Nose is biscuit, brown bread, toffee, herb, straw. Taste comprises malt loaf, nutty, grains, dried fruit rinds. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy bitter.
