Bottle @ Home. Pours light golden with a fading white head. Aorma of malt, grain, grassy hops. Flavor is malt, grain, grass, hay. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, light bitter finish. 090914

The beer starts mild and smooth. Slightly sourish which makes it very refreshing. Nice and smooth. Flavourful for a Kölsch, smooth and crisp. The aftertaste is smooth, fresh and slightly hopped, easy to drink with no real bitterness. Hints of grain, fresh finish.

Poured a hazy straw color with a small white head. Aroma was bready, touch of yeast. Watery.

The bottle looks very complex - exotic name for a beer. The beer is very light, nearly no foam. Starts very fruity but turns then washy and vapid. Not a good beer.

Heller und trockener, leicht säuerlicher Antrunk. Geringe und konstant bleibende Herbe, minimale Würzigkeit. Kein Nachgeschmack. 7/7/5/5/7/5

Überzeugen kann das Bier nicht, zuerst ist es recht wässrig, anschließend macht sich allerdings ein gruftig-bitter-komischer Geschmack im Mund breit, der auch den Nachgeschmack ausmacht. Bah. Test vom 25.10.2005, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 10,5,5,3,-,5 - 5,21
