We call this an ice Cream Sour. Imagine an Ice Cream Pale soured and you've got it. This one is Strawberry and Vanilla Flavoured and we use Maltodecxtrin instead of lactose to keep it vegan.

Keg at Tom's Tap, Crewe, 26/01/24. Moderately hazed golden orange with a thin white cap. Nose is tangerine, straw, marshmallow, vanilla whisper. Taste comprises orange creme, herb, straw, grains, lactic twang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light soured edge. So so affair ... rather blend and all a do about nothing.
