Keg at Tom's Tap, Crewe, 26/01/24. Moderately hazed light golden with a white cap that thins to spotting. Nose is straw, yeast, herb, lemon, grass. Taste comprises hedgerow, grains, straw, modest citric zest, yeast esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable lightly funked table affair.

On tap at Ebenezers, Nantwich. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with minimal head. There is a vague aroma of lemon and biscuits, but nothing much. In the mouth the texture is creamy with flavour of bitter lemon and kveik yeast. Finish is lemon still. It’s OK, but definitely not my type of beer.
