Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with a warm, reddish hue and a creamy, steady beige head. Nose is mostly cocoa. Fairly light body, again cocoa and chocolate, very dry al the way to the finish. Not that robust, more of a light British-style Porter. But well made. 170320

Bottled. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, and bread, leading to a bitter finish. Boring.

Intransparent deep brown. Modest head of beige colour. Aroma: dark malts, roast, treacle, hops. Light plus body. Taste: dryish. Roast & coffee, a little earth, chocolate. Not bad, but no sign of being 'robust', which is mentioned on label.
