Z notatek. W aromacie niezbyt intensywna paloność i dość sporo mleka. W smaku gładkie, delikatnie mleczne. Paloność dość niska. Po ogrzeniu wychodzi lekka kwaskowość. Goryczka przyzwoita, na średnim poziomie. Piwo tyłka nie urywa.

500ml bottle. Jet black colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Rahter expressionless, dark malty aroma with a touch of lactose, hints of liquorice. Taste delivers identical flavours. So-so.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Kraftwerk Oberschlesien ].Clear dark brown color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, soot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, soot, coffee - chocolate notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151121]

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 20.12.2015, temperatura degustacji 14 stopni +, szkło teku. Aromat: nie jest powalający, kawa z mlekiem, mało paloności, delikatna ziemistość, po zamieszaniu szkła diacetyl, ale za mocny nieprzyjemny (słodki, toffi), pewnie zasługa laktozy. Barwa: czarne, nieprzejrzyste. Piana: średnia, beżowa, zbudowana z drobnych i średnich pęcherzyków, opada do cienkiego pierścienia, całkiem ładny leasing. Smak: przesłodzona kawa, przełamania popiołową goryczką z nieprzyjemnym kwaskowatym finiszem. Wysycenie średnie do niskiego, średnia pełnia. Trochę je męczyłem, i to w dodatku na spółkę z żoną, więc trochę słabo, powtórki nie będzie, jeśli chodzi o kraftwerk to mogę powtarzać i polecić Rauchalt i M16 (solidne, smaczne, bez wad) te zapamiętam pozytywnie.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Nice head with medium duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are sweet roast wheat malt, chocolate, lactose sugar and hops.
