Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque amber with an off-white head. Slightly tart, fruity nose with some phenols further in. Rich, sweet, malty and fruity body, Belgian yeast and some phenols and unclean fermenting flaws. Bitter finish. Pretty raw. 010920

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, yeast, caramel, and a bit of spice. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, spices, and yeast, leading to a bitter finish.
