It’s called Snowmelter. But might as well be called a Imperial Milk Chocolate Oatmeal Coffee Stout. This beer is a cousy beverage to enjoy alone, maybe with a bit of dark chocolate on the side. Serve chilled in a wine glass or a brandy glass. A beer to enjoy in the darkness of winter.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 1 Oct 2015) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with lots of fresh coffee, dark chocolate and roasted malt. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, liquorice, soy sauce, dark chocolate, cacao and a slightly vinous finish with a generous coffee bitterness. Full body, with a touch of sweetness. Really tasty and quite complex, initially with loads of coffee, turning into chocolate, liquorice and a warming finish. Excellent beer!
