Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and over ripe fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, orangey amber with a lacing, off-white head. Nutty, chewy crystal malts in the nose. Solid body, again very malty, caramellish, brown sugar but with absolutely sufficient bittering hops for balance. Never cloying or anything, just a perfetly crafted and superbly made Bock. I wish more people had eyes for a classic style like this. 150620
