Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, orangey pink with a solid white head leaving neat laces. Clearly lactic aroma with a berry note. Light body - especially considering the ABV - very dry fruitiness with an almost astringent edge. Some baking yeast accents as often when lactic Sours aren't made well. It smells nice, but otherwise I find absolutely no joy in drinking this. Sorry. 290520

Bottled. An unclear red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of berries, lactose, lemons, straw, and wheat. The flavor is sour with notes of berries, lactose, wheat, lemons, and straw, leading to a tart finish.
