Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, dusty hops, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of brett, lemons, and wood, leading to a tart finish. Doesn’t for me, but I do love saisons and Citra.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma of light sourness, yeast, wet wood, oak, dusty, white grapes, citrus. Flavor is malt, yeast, wood, oak, grapes, light citrus, little melon, a very slight hint of burned plastic. Medium body, lively carbonation. 130316

Bottle 330ml. [ As Rocket Sour Escape ].Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, goodr lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, plastic - burnt plastic, tart fruit, pineapple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, citrus, grass, pineapple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160109]

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Apparently I got a good glass, whereas others got burnt plastic. Weird indeed. 90116
