On tap at La Cidrerie, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Aroma reveals subdued funk, gentle apple must, and medium sweetness. Flavour is light-to-medium sweet, with light must and ever so slight funk. Not very complex but easy to drink and pleasant enough. Average.
