Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, straw, brett, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of malt, lemons, spices, and brett, leading to a tart finish.

Waxed bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, orangey amber with a tiny head. Acetobacter nose, noble sweet rot. Rich, sweet overripe fruits with faint barrel accents. Acetic tartness. Not sure what the thistles add. More interesting than good. 161022
