Light body, quite fizzy, rather tart from both lactic tartness, lemons and the rhubarb probably also add to the overall acid bath, but adds little to the flavor as such. For once the saltiness is actually to be found in a Gose. A refreshing quencher although I personally would've like the flavourings to have come more through. 040522
