Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours cloudy pale amber with large white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, leather, mushrooms and spice. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and faint to light acidic. Body is milky with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet and with a dry and chalky finish and notes of malt, bread, biscuits, leather, honey, dried figs, spice and mint. Crisp and dry but still with a good sweetness.
